Our client, a growing brand within the real estate/home building industry, is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead their regional efforts! In this fast-paced role, you'll work closely with divisional leaders and sales teams to implement innovative marketing initiatives that meet our sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals.This is a Full-time/Direct hire opportunity that requires candidates to be based in the Atlanta market (and work a hybrid in-office schedule.) Responsibilities:Analysis
Evaluates leads, walk-ins, buyers, and market demographic data to identify ideal targets for direct marketing efforts and community action plans.
Provides insights and market research to support land acquisition opportunities.
Monitors and assesses the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identifying successes and areas for improvement to enhance future efficiency.
Strategy
Collaborates with sales leadership to design optimal incentives, offers, and strategies for meeting sales objectives.
Facilitates communication among communities, divisions, regions, and corporate teams, delivering data analysis, strategic recommendations, and required reporting.
Creates and implements tailored marketing plans for each community to attract qualified leads, walk-ins, and Realtors, driving traffic and engagement.
Implementation
Produces marketing materials such as emails, direct mail, social media content, and select advertisements using template-based design and marketing automation tools.
Ensures that all public-facing materials, including collateral and signage, comply with established brand guidelines.
Manages the annual marketing budget, including invoice tracking, and provides finance teams with monthly feedback to update forecasts.
Leadership
Plays a key role in conducting competitive market analyses, sharing findings, strategies, and actionable ideas.
Oversees the Information Managers, focusing on online lead engagement, one-on-one communication strategies for prospects and walk-ins, and creating engaging online content for the company website and social media, all while supporting sales goals and enhancing the customer experience.
Promotes a positive team culture by fostering collaboration, humor, and openness to strengthen team engagement.
Serves as an active member of the division leadership team, embracing and exemplifying the company's core values and principles.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of traditional marketing experience. Ideal candidates will experience in real estate, home building, leasing or similar industries.
