Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Trimax Mowing Systems is a rapidly growing NZ company and a globally recognized leader in commercial mowing equipment. We pride ourselves on a customer-first approach, delivering high-quality products and services that set the standard in our market. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team of 16 staff. This key position will focus on optimizing the marketing operations, processes, and systems that support the execution of our global marketing strategy, as well as provide creative direction. The Marketing Manager will work closely alongside specialist roles such as the Brand Specialist, Channel Specialists, and Product Marketing Specialists, to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across regions.

The Marketing Manager will manage our local and overseas regional marketing coordinators. The role will guide implementation and continuous improvement of marketing systems and processes, ensuring that marketing activities are tracked, reported, and optimized for maximum impact and ROI. This role will provide the critical infrastructure needed to facilitate effective marketing collaboration and execution at a global scale.


YOUR ROLE

 Marketing Systems & Platform Management

Lead strategy, development and optimization of marketing systems, including HubSpot CRM, automation, and analytics. Ensure integration of marketing systems with other business tools for cross-functional collaboration. Optimize marketing workflows for efficiency and alignment with strategy. Provide support and training to marketing coordinators on marketing systems and reporting.

Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking

Oversee marketing campaign execution, tracking activities and monitoring KPIs in real-time. Collaborate with brand, channel, and product specialists to align regional campaigns with business goals. Implement best practices for campaign planning, tracking, and optimizing ROI. Increase the volume and frequency of global campaigns across multiple channels. Guide global marketing coordinators in using data insights to refine campaigns and improve processes.

Budget Management & Resource Allocation

Work with leadership to develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor regional marketing spend, ensuring regional activities stay within budget and deliver value against KPIs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Coordination

Collaborate with brand, channel, and product specialists to guide regional teams on global initiatives and goals. Facilitate cross-team collaboration for smooth execution of campaigns, content, and marketing programs. Serve as a liaison between marketing, sales, parts, and other internal teams ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Lead Generation & Sales Facilitation

Train local coordinators to ensure effective lead generation and customer engagement. Oversee marketing automation and develop lead nurturing processes for timely follow-up and conversion.

Marketing Activity and Events

Assess and guide region-specific marketing activities to ensure alignment with global strategies. Oversee the creation of marketing assets (digital, print, social, multimedia) and offer creative input to ensure alignment with global brand guidelines and regional needs. Maintain best practices for creative processes, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across all regions. Contribute to product development, brand guideline development, and customer platform development projects like e-commerce and mobile apps.


TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

A business degree with a marketing major or related field. 5+ years of experience in a marketing related role. Proven experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROI analysis. A solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation in a global marketing context. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve operational effectiveness. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to work with teams across regions, including product marketing, brand management, channel specialists, and sales teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can report complex data clearly and actionably. Creative flair, multimedia experience and an eye for detail.


 WORKING CONDITIONS

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our office in Tauranga. Occasional national or international travel may be required to support regional marketing teams and ensure alignment of global marketing initiatives. Flexibility in working hours is necessary to collaborate with international teams in different time zones.
