The Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with advanced generalist skills who will be responsible for the delivery of marketing services and support to ISMG’s key business units in the cybersecurity and information technology domains; including Events, Media Publications, Digital Campaigns, CyberEd.io, CIO.inc, CyberEdBoard, Corporate Communications, etc.
In this role, you will collaborate on formulating the marketing strategies, laying out the timeline for the execution of these strategies, and deciding on the tools to be used for the implementation of such strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Providing professional delivery of marketing services for ISMG’s key business units from implementation to optimization.
+ Coordinating and collaborating with senior stakeholders and business heads to understand their unique marketing needs and building strategic marketing initiatives and plans to fulfil them.
+ End-to-end planning and execution based on requirements, target audience, and objectives in different regions, demographics, and BU requirements.
+ Analyzing the ROI on campaigns in-market and making decisions on enhancement, modifications, continuation and/or deprecation of such campaigns.
+ Finding insights into customers’ current usage of products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas via interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
+ Gaining an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape in specific geographies and for specific products.
+ Being a resource for product management teams to offer input on product enhancements based on the outcome of marketing campaigns.
+ Implementing industry leading processes to achieve competitive levels of marketing excellence and business impact.
+ Building and developing marketing processes, process optimization and measuring effectiveness of ongoing marketing campaigns.
+ Operating in a delivery services mind set with an emphasis on quality, turn-around time, and internal customer satisfaction.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus.
+ 4+ years’ experience in Marketing, with direct experience in marketing operations and/or working with the marketing centre of excellence in the business to business environment.
+ Experience with handling a small to mid-size team is a must.
+ Experience and skills within integrated, multi-channel marketing
+ Strong time management and project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
+ Collaborative interpersonal skills, a must.
+ Strong written/oral communication skills
+ Superior time-management skills and ability to handle various concurrent projects with competing priorities.
+ A dual-minded approach: You are highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
+ Cursory knowledge of HTML and web-related technologies preferred.
