They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead their marketing initiatives and drive business growth. Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing strategies across various channels to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and support business objectives. This role requires strong skills in digital marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, social, email, events, etc.). + Manage content creation, ensuring consistency across all platforms. + Analyze market trends and customer data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. + Collaborate with sales to drive lead-generation efforts. + Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. + Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. + 3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and campaign execution. + Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). + Strong communication and project management skills. + Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and design tools a plus.
