The Marketing Manager leads and executes member and non-member marketing programs and promotions to generate memberships and drive deeper engagement with current members, increasing retention and revenue.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Implement creative, effective marketing campaigns by concepting, writing, designing, and producing marketing and promotional collateral, and by managing external agencies.
+ Develop and execute targeted marketing programs by effectively segmenting audience to create personalized cross-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, website personalization, digital banking messaging, teleconsulting, and push notifications.
+ Devise trigger-based and drip marketing campaigns using member data and other analytics to automatically deliver personalized, timely, and relevant promotions or content aligned with individual member needs.
+ Create product and promotional strategies and tactics to effectively promote Credit Union products and services to members at various life stages to deepen relationships and increase retention. Partner with relevant teams across the organization to uncover insights.
+ Work closely with Business Intelligence to segment members, pull lists, track responses, and analyze results of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
+ Perform A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
+ Establish, monitor and report on key performance indicators on all campaign initiatives, presenting regular reporting to Marketing management.
+ Support Credit Union business units by developing marketing collateral, sourcing promotional items, attending community events, and carrying out other functions as needed
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**
+ 3-5 years of experience in targeted marketing in a B2C environment, preferably in the financial services space
+ Experience with audience segmentation and targeted marketing across channels, including digital, direct mail, email, and in-app messaging
+ Track record of successful collaboration with Product, Sales, and Member-Success teams on marketing initiatives that deepen member relationships
+ Good writing and communication skills
+ Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Intuvo is a big plus
+ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign desired
+ Demonstrated ability to be self-directed to initiate and manage multiple complex projects
The pay range for this position is listed above. Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.
