Job Description

Strategic Planning and Execution

Contribute to marketing strategies through effective communication with your team and line managerImplement comprehensive plans for each event, including timeframes, resource allocation, and campaign deliveryCreate long-lasting multi-show partnerships through targeted research and industry knowledge

Audience Targeting and Data Management

Work closely with the data team on audience analysis, gap identification, and targeted deliveryEnsure the right data audience is targeted for each event, maximizing attendance and engagementOversee event registration processes, from setup and testing to reporting and continuous improvement

Marketing Excellence

Champion and train others in best practices for all event marketing tools and softwareEnsure all collateral and design work adheres to brand guidelines and meets deadlinesManage event websites, keeping content up-to-date, reflecting changes, and highlighting success stories

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Commercial team on lead tracking and distributionCoordinate with Operations for seamless event executionConduct effective internal kick-off and project closure meetings for every event

Content and Asset Management

Create comprehensive photography and videography briefs for each eventManage the upload of all marketing assets to file-hosting platformsEnsure websites reflect accurate agendas and post-event updates

Commercial Acumen

Identify barriers to profitability and deliver timely, collaborative solutionsUse available tools and insights to accurately cost and price event marketingMeet and exceed marketing goals, objectives, and KPIsDrive sponsorship revenue and delegate numbers through smart lead generation activities
