We’re searching for a **Marketing Manager** with the creative vision and strategic expertise to drive impactful marketing campaigns that enhance our hotel's presence and performance. **A little taste of your day-to-day:** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue. Managing digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Collaborating with sales and operations teams to support promotions and special events. Overseeing content creation, ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to optimize marketing efforts. Leading partnerships and sponsorships that align with the hotel’s brand image. Managing budgets and evaluating campaign performance through key metrics and analytics. **What we need from you:** Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field. Four or more years of experience in marketing, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy. Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Knowledge of local and regional market dynamics is a plus.
