Create & Manage Content: Develop compelling videos, photography, and copy to captivate audiences across all channels, while overseeing our social media presence and guest interactions.Drive Marketing & Events: Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Food & Beverage teams to develop an engaging events calendar for both the hotel and amphitheater, implement high-impact marketing strategies, and work with partners to amplify our reach.Engage & Elevate: Build relationships with corporate teams, third-party partners, and local influencers, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront while continuously refining marketing efforts with data-driven insights.What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field OR a minimum of two years of hospitality marketing experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Canva, and Microsoft Office.Deep understanding of major social media platforms, content trends, and analytics.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience in Food & Beverage marketing is a plus.Strong knowledge of the Fort Myers market and ability to develop locally relevant marketing campaigns.Photography and photo-editing experience preferred.Physical & Mental Demands
