Goal:
Strategize, develop, and successfully implement initiatives to increase brand awareness in a niche market through various channels and tactics, including advertising, content marketing, social media, public relations, and events for internal employees, external clients, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies while overseeing the creation of digital and print promotional materials. Execute marketing plans, including the creation and distribution of original promotional content such as brochures, magazines, press releases, emails, blogs, vlogs, product videos, and social media posts. Plan and execute PR activities, including organizing exhibits, events, and strategic partnerships. Oversee showroom management, ensuring it aligns with branding strategies and provides an engaging experience for clients and industry partners. Lead project management for product shoots, calendar design and distribution, and corporate gift-giving initiatives to reinforce continuous branding efforts. Collaborate with internal employees to fully understand product and communication needs. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' strategies. Create an internal marketing strategy to ensure all employees align with the brand position. Manage internal communications, ensuring effective dissemination of company updates and engagement in internal activities. Oversee budget management for marketing initiatives. Perform other functions as assigned by Top Management.
