We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with experience in product marketing strategy, campaign development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be part of a dynamic and results-driven marketing team responsible for launching and promoting our products, services, and features. You will be involved in campaign planning, go-to-market execution, and internal and external stakeholder communication. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in competitive research, customer insights, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B or product marketing.

You Will:

Develop go-to-market plans for products, services, and features, including messaging, rollout strategy, and communications plans.
 

Collaborate with product, sales, UX, analytics, and creative teams to support product launches and user adoption initiatives.
 

Conduct research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
 

Lead execution and measurement of product marketing campaigns using online and offline channels.
 

Work with communications and creative counterparts on marketing content such as case studies, website copy, blog posts, and sales videos that articulate the benefits of our products, services and features.

Coordinate launch events and brief internal PR and comms teams on new offerings.
 

Champion the voice of the customer through focus groups, surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
 

Ensure follow-through and alignment with directives, timelines, and business objectives.
 

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Creative, UX, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams on a regular basis.  You will also work closely with our PR, Communications, and Events teams on campaign and product launch activities.

Must Have’s:

5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in product marketing or B2B environments.
 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
 

Proven ability to analyze data and market research to develop actionable strategies and meet KPIs.
 

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns with attention to detail.
 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite products and digital marketing tools.
 

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
 

Nice to Have’s:

Experience in the automotive, technology, or wholesale industries.
 Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data visualization tools.
 Previous experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
