About the team
Being an Aftermarket Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and sell aftermarket parts, accessories, and services to existing customers.


Your tasks:
•    Lead Local Marketing and Comms team of Division B (if applicable)
•    Develop and implement marketing strategy for all ZF brands and products per sub-region / BL / customer in alignment with. Regional Marketing and BL Strategy to support the strategic business goals, advance customer satisfaction & loyalty (NPS), and improve our Marketing efficiency & Marketing ROI. Establish internal and external communication strategy in alignment with Regional Strategy.
•    Raise awareness and improve significance & distinctiveness of Aftermarket product brands, service brands across all tiers: Premium brands (like ZF Aftermarket, Sachs, Lemförder, TRW, Wabco, ZF Service Partner, ZF proTech) and second-line brands (BOGE, Remsa, Provia etc)
•    Initiate & drive advanced & automated marketing campaigns on country level in different media channels (print, online, websites, social media, etc.) across all target groups, categories and BLs. Initiate & drive field & promotional marketing programs in BLs & Countries in support of Regional Marketing strategy & strategic business goals
•    Ensure creative visualization & realization of Marketing campaigns across all assets & touchpoints. Conduct market and research studies. Identify, drive and monitor new opportunities, and communicate these opportunities to Sales
•    Manage budget & execution of the Marketing Plans with Sales. Explore and build strategic partnerships with key market players (all kind of associations, strategic events etc.) Manage all countries fairs and events of Division B, in conjunction with Global marketing
•    Proactively identify customer needs, and opportunities to exceed customer expectations, manage customer requests. Support CX projects/ surveys.

 


Your profile
•    University Degree – ideally Marketing/Communications/Economics. Ideally 8+ years’ experience in respective field and 2+ years’ experience as people leader
•    Strong experience and thought leadership in Marketing & Communications for B2B (distributor & fleet level) & B2C (workshop level). Customer-centric attitude and strong knowledge of market and customers
•    Knowledge on Automotive. Aftermarket & Marketing network in the Aftermarket a plus. Marketing or Sales leadership experience in international context and matrix organizations
•    High influencing skills & ability to manage sub-regional Marketing team
•    Ability to set a clear vision, simple to understand. Comfortable with public speaking & facilitating group session
