This role sits within Risk & Broking, which offers a broad range of risk advisory services, from risk assessment, risk management, risk transfer and placement and claims advocacy.
In this position, you will be a member of the Asia Risk and Broking marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing for Asia.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong content and digital marketing skillsets, business acumen and demand generation capabilities, relevant experience with core marketing expertise, excellent project management, communication and collaboration skills. Marketing Delivery
Provide strong support to the Asia Marketing Leader for the implementation of the Asia Risk and Broking marketing strategy with a particular focus on campaigns, value propositions, thought leadership, events, digital marketing campaigns, content development and adaptation, and execution of agreed marketing plans and programmes Marketing Strategy: work with the marketing leader to set the marketing strategy for the Risk and Broking business in Asia including segmentation, content development, targeting, execution and measurement. Output of the strategy includes: marketing campaigns, budgeting, KPI setting and measurement and ongoing update of marketing plans based on campaign performance
Marketing Campaign Delivery – work with the marketing and business teams to execute marketing plans, campaigns and the annual marketing calendar. Output of this plan include industry and partnership.
Be a marketing thought leader by developing innovative and effective digital content strategies across all online platforms, utilizing multi-format, omni-channel marketing channels to engage clients and prospects, drive traffic and engagement, and translate these efforts into sales and brand promotion. Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content. Provide analysis and insights into marketing activities and related costs to determine their effectiveness and impact and provide performance benchmarking Support delivery of internal and external events as required, working with Events Management where appropriate to ensure successful execution of these. Effective use of tools including cvent,and as required On24, Webex to deliver these Coordinate and liaise with regional and global marketing colleagues including the CoEs (Communications, Events Management, design, PR, Digital and Research/Analytics) as required to deliver campaigns and programmes Champion the use of WTW’s marketing tools (Marketo, Dynamics 365, Cvent, PowerBI) for effective campaign management, lead generation and tracking. Coordinate compliance review and sign-off of marketing materials ensuring they are clear, fair and not misleading Work with Finance and vendors to ensure invoice is coded correctly, expenses are paid timely and track budget accurately Maintaining the Asia web content hubs to ensure this is kept up-to-date and has the latest content and materials for the global Affinity team and wider business stakeholders to access. Communicate effectively with team members and internal clients to set expectations, advance projects, and troubleshoot issues. Actively support and advise stakeholders during project execution and deliver to their needs, with a sense of urgency and accountability. Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and assigned activities and all its elements and tactics within agreed timelines and budgets, working effectively with business stakeholders and marketing colleaguesRelationships
Develop good working relationships with the global marketing community to ensure consistency of approach to marketing activities and to share new ideas and best practices. Develop and maintain good relationships with key individuals within the business across Asia and globally by understanding their business issues and providing proactive advice Communicate and partner effectively with local and regional team members and internal clients to set expectations, drive project completion, problem solve issues to ensure most effective marketing strategies are delivered successfully
Business / Marketing Awareness
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the full range of products, services and solutions that WTW offer to clients as well as the different markets and buyer hubs that exist Develop and update relevant marketing skills, including specialised areas (e.g., social media, product marketing, outbound marketing tools, webcasts, etc.) Be a Brand Champion
6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within a Risk, Insurance or BFSI industry vertical Proven experience of managing content — which includes content strategy, the website, articles, blogs, messaging and design of marketing collateral, emails and newsletters, PR and external communications, vidoes, podcasts, vidcasts etc.Data driven marketing experience with a strong background in the design and implementation of field marketing and demand generation activities such as Revenue Marketing, Account Based MarketingStrategic and tactical marketing experience, with specific emphasis on marketing planning, execution and experience with marketing technologies and online project management tools Digital native that will drive exceptional and creative Marketing campaigns online (LinkedIn, Google Advertising, etc.)Strong communicator, who can partner with business segment leaders and take ownership of projects and campaignsExceptional project management skills to effectively manage multiple campaigns, events, requests and deadlines in a timely mannerDetail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focusedSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionOutstanding written and verbal presentation skills Excellent influencing and negotiation skills and the ability to present issues and resolutions in a persuasive mannerFlexible marketer with the ability to self-direct and regularly switch between strategic and tactical responsibilitiesWorking knowledge of marketing technologies (Marketo, MS Dynamics, Cvent, Webex, Sitecore) a plus.
Post graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business is preferred.
