The Marketing Manager is reponsible of Nexans Benelux positioning and development on markets. He/She defines the marketing strategy to enhance Nexans Benelux sales and market shares in the strict respect of the budget.  At the head of the marketing team, the Marketing Manager ensures the right collaboration between team members and the right communication of the team with other teams. He/She is also accountable for managing the entire marketing operational communications budget and seeks profitability of all the implement actions.

 

Key responsabilities: 

Elaborate the Marketing Strategy in line with Nexans Benelux' business strategy Steer the marketing actions and esnure the correct deployment of the marketing strategy Manage the P&L statement of the marketing team Manage the Marketing team Market studies and competitive analysis Creation and monitoring of marketing campaigns Support the Sales department by providing the necessary materials (brochures, leaflets, ...) Monitoring the Brand and improving its notoriety Organization of events

 

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.  Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing. Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.  Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.  Leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Results-oriented. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry.  Language skills: Dutch, French and English on a fluent level is required.
