Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Marketing Manager – Brand to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the Cintas brand as well as continuing to position it as an employer of choice. This role is responsible to provide creative and analytic expertise to craft compelling messaging, manage brand consistency and implement targeted campaigns for internal and external audiences across multiple platforms. In addition will be responsible for the alignment of business and marketing goals to drive growth, loyalty and cultural alignment.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative or related field required. At least four years of related experience Strong project management skills and processes utilizing tools and platforms to ensure consistency, continuity and brand alignment to achieve goals and objectives. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and convey marketing strategies and results to stakeholders Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
