Job DescriptionAs our Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead engaging demand generation campaigns for the Africa Tech Festival - connecting over 15,000 attendees in Cape Town every November. You'll:
Own the client demand generation strategy for our event portfolioExpand client data, build authority, and generate interestWork closely with sales to identify opportunities and overcome challengesCreate and execute multi-channel campaigns across all stages of the buyer journeyYour key responsibilities:

QualificationsB2B Event Marketing Experience is preferrable.Marketing experience with results across search, display, social and email channels.Experience of using relevant, engaging content to attract and nurture prospects from ToF to a client.A customer-first mindset – and an interest in the tech sector!Time management – Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment, manage multiple projects, and stakeholders, within set deadlines whilst maintaining quality output is crucialData Analysis – Ability to analyse historical and current data across channels to refine campaigns timeously and set them up for successStrategic Thinking – You will need to be able to create, deliver and execute current campaigns whilst thinking about the overall objective of expanding client data, building authority, and generating interest in Africa Tech Festival, resulting in SQLsTeam Work and Communication – Have a strong ability to communicate (written, verbal and presenting) and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from Sales and Audience Marketing to Production, Operations and Customer Success, AND clients – with the ultimate goal of ensuring all client deliverables are met timely and the client has a positive customer experience the moment they sign on.Additional InformationWe work hard to make sure Life at Informa is rewarding, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
