**About the Job:**
We are looking for **Marketing Manager CRM EMEA** for the CRT & HV Portfolio to be responsible for planning revenue and divisional margin achievement, maximizing market share, and implementing effective marketing strategies across EMEA. This role involves brand differentiation, value creation, and high-level execution of global strategies to ensure maximum impact and outcomes for the CRT & HV business.
**Primary Objectives:**
+ Plan revenue and divisional margin achievement for CRT & HV Portfolio.
+ Achieve market share goals and value maximization for all CRT product areas.
+ Develop and implement marketing strategies and activities throughout EMEA.
+ Ensure brand differentiation and value preservation/creation.
+ Lead EMEA marketing efforts to execute global strategies for maximum impact.
+ Influence and monitor market activities across EMEA.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Develop annual marketing strategy and plan for product management and marketing activities with countries/regions.
+ Collaborate with countries/regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment with business objectives.
+ Align with global objectives and programs.
+ Work with global marketing and Marcom teams to develop content and materials supporting strategies, campaigns, and product launches.
+ Plan and launch new products, oversee advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance.
+ Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns and product launches.
+ Collaborate with Medical Affairs to create preferential market growth and share attainment.
+ Lead and influence through strong marketing plans and strategies, ensuring credibility within EMEA sales channels.
+ Develop KOL engagement programs across EMEA to strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders.
+ Provide guidelines for financial planning, forecasting, and strategic planning exercises.
+ Gather market intelligence and monitor, analyze, and evaluate EMEA market trends.
+ Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
+ Ensure compliance with training procedures.
+ Conduct market research to inform product development, design, and pricing.
+ Liaise with other organizational areas (e.g., production, R&D) to implement changes.
+ Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts for the region.
+ Manage backorders and prioritize countries in collaboration with supply chain and demand planning.
+ Coordinate with the events team on the organization of meetings and congresses.
**Education & Competencies:**
+ MS level (Engineering or Medical education preferred).
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical devices industry, with CRM knowledge (Sales and Marketing) strongly preferred.
+ Experience in other sales channels (e.g., digital) preferred.
+ Experience with large multinational companies and multi-stakeholder environments.
+ Mature product life-cycle management advantageous.
+ Business and project planning experience.
+ Analytical, creative, and operational high-level marketing skills.
+ Strong communication and influencing skills.
+ Ability to interface with key customers and opinion leaders.
+ Results and performance-driven.
