Tasks & Responsibilities
Scope: Joints
+ Ensure consistent implementation of the European & global marketing strategy for Attune revision knee, Partial knee and the hip portfolio in Germany.
+ Responsible product management for the Attune revision, Partial knee and hip product groups.
+ Management and execution of effective product launches.
+ Working closely with the sales organization to integrate the value proposition requirements and expectations into the sales strategies and to ensure a consistent market approach. Support the sales organization in communicating the value proposition through training and provision of marketing materials.
+ Profitability monitoring at code, supply, customer and product line level to ensure and increase product profit.
+ Builds strong relationships, networks and partnerships with key opinion leaders and other external and internal stakeholders.
+ Develop, implement and monitor the execution of comprehensive marketing plans to achieve the business objectives for the responsible product areas.
+ Preparation of pricing, forecasts and budgets in cooperation with the Marketing Lead Joints Recon.
+ Observation of competitive activities and derivation of strategic marketing measures.
Scope Omnichannel:
+ Supporting the implementation of effective omnichannel strategies by ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience across all channels, including targeting customers and continuously adapting marketing strategies to improve efficiency.

Requirements
+ Education and Qualification
+ Education: University degree or equivalent
+ Languages: Fluent in English and German
+ Travel requirements up to 35%
Experience, skills and competencies
+ Min 4-6 years of experience in commercial roles (including Marketing or Product Management & Sales)
+ Solid understanding and knowledge of the German MedTech and healthcare market
+ Sales/Marketing experience from Medical Devices or Orthopedics, specifically knee / hip arthroplasty is a plus
+ Strong presentation and communication skills
+ Ability to set priorities as the person directly responsible in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong storytelling skills and a proactive approach to creative solutions are essential
