Marketing Manager for DACH

Position: Marketing Manager (DACH Region)

We are seeking a dynamic and highly collaborative Marketing Manager with experience in the DACH market to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is passionate about leveraging innovative strategies to elevate our marketing efforts and achieve remarkable business outcomes.

Role Overview:

As one of the regional Marketing Managers, you will be instrumental in establishing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the DACH region. You will drive key initiatives working closely with other members of the DACH marketing team, collaborating closely with our sales teams to enhance our marketing impact and drive significant growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to our in-country demand generation initiatives, focusing on both new customer acquisition and the expansion of our current customer base. This role reports Group Marketing Manager DACH and is based remotely in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Implementation: Develop, in conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager, and implement the regional marketing strategy within established budget guidelines, taking ownership of pipeline and lead generation goals for the DACH market. You will closely partner with sales and other marketing teams to execute coordinated activities that drive our high-growth trajectory and help the sales team exceed their bookings targets.

Program Development: Plan and execute a diverse array of marketing programs and initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns, account-based marketing, inbound and outbound digital activities, demand generation, events, and content creation, with a strong emphasis on high-impact events.

Vendor and Channel Optimization: Evaluate and optimize new vendors, marketing programs, and channels. Continuously measure performance metrics to assess value and scale efforts effectively to drive pipeline growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including regional marketing, campaign marketing, engagement marketing, digital marketing, communications/PR, and creative services, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution.

Performance Analysis: Report on and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic direction based on data-driven results.

Sales Engagement: Regularly present to and engage with the sales team, ensuring alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives that support sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3 and ideally 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B and SaaS environments, with a proven track record of success in the DACH market.

Language skills: Native German speaker; English proficient and Polish a bonus.

Market Insight: In-depth understanding of the DACH business landscape and the software purchasing process, enabling the development of targeted marketing campaigns that effectively drive prospects to trial and conversion.

Creative Vision: A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Proactive Attitude: A hands-on, results-oriented approach with excellent collaboration skills to facilitate holistic cross-functional execution.

Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical abilities to synthesize raw data into actionable plans for both new and existing marketing initiatives.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation systems, particularly Salesforce and Tableau, to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Positive Mindset: A team-oriented, upbeat, and optimistic attitude that fosters a positive work environment.
