Get to Know the Team

The Grab Food Marketing team is responsible for all marketing activities related to Grab Food and Special Projects. We drive growth for the business and we are looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact. You will be reporting to Marketing Head - Deliveries and will be based 5 days onsite.

Get to Know the Role 

As part of this role, you will collaborate with the business leads to create compelling value propositions and drive product adoption by using local market insights and consumer research. You will lead growth across target segments while leading the planning consumer marketing campaigns to achieve business and brand goals.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Work with business leads to develop creative value propositions and drive product adoption with an understanding of the local market and local consumer insightsLead the planning of consumer marketing & campaign strategy to ensure business and brand's goals are metResponsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept brainstorming, media planning, go-to-market strategy, pitch deck to merchants and budget planning and manage analysis across food campaignsOrganize market research to create insight into consumer's behavior and translate into creative campaignsOversee budget management by managing expenditures and improve resource allocation

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

You have minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Strategic Planning from FMCGs, Agency or related fieldsYou are familiar with the entire marketing mix – have knowledge of how and when to use different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activationYou have excellent knowledge of the Thai market, understanding of consumer insights and media landscape.You are experienced at using data to guide decision-making for marketing plansYou experienced at recognizing effective marketing creative and collaboration. You can provide clear briefs and guidance to ensure the delivery of impactful creative work
