About the role 

 


 
An opportunity has emerged to join us as a Marketing Manager working within our Coles Lifestyle Services team. This role is your ticket to diving into the world of through-the-line omnichannel campaigns, shaping our assets, and being part of a dynamic culture where your opinions matter, and innovation is encouraged.


This is a permanent role and we’re looking for someone to start ASAP! 


We are open to applicants who are looking for permanent part-time (4 days per week). Applications close 19th of February. 

 


   
What you’ll do

 

 

 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll manage and deliver end-to-end marketing programs for Coles Lifestyle Services products with a focus on insurance. You’ll take product concepts and propositions to market including creative development, media, approvals, program optimisation, inflight and post-implementation reporting. 

 

 

 

You’ll also 

 

 

 

•    Deliver customer-centric solutions through marketing activity.
•    Develop strong relationships with our financial partners.
•    Manage budgets and report on sales performance.
•    Deliver and optimise LCM journeys to drive engagement and lifetime value for Coles Group.
•    Increase brand equity, customer satisfaction and loyalty to Coles. 
•    Analyse post-campaign results to determine effectiveness of solutions. 
  


  
About you and your skills 

 


  
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 2-3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager within a services industry such as financial services, insurance, telecommunications.

 

We’re after a customer centric Marketer with solid customer lifecycle management and GTM strategy delivery experience. You can also navigate ambiguity and work with cross-functional teams to influence positive team outcomes and drive campaigns forward within a fast-paced environment.

 


  
You’ll also need:

 

 


•    Knowledge of a services industry with white label experience preferred
•    Experience managing multiple TTL campaigns and working with creative/media agencies
•    Exceptional communication and relationship building skills 
•    Capable of working with research and insights
•    A high level of confidence working with key senior level stakeholders.
