Act as the business owner of DS products, deliver financial metric results on revenue and margin through overall marketing strategic and competitive growth strategy for multiple product lines of respective Business Unit. 
Act as a solution-oriented person, be fully responsible for the Implant & Prosthetic Solutions and Workflows.
Be responsible for the educational activities that must be closely aligned with marketing strategies and the Dentsply Sirona Branding.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Strategy and Solution Development

-    Deliver financial metric results on revenue and margin through overall marketing strategic and competitive growth strategy for multiple product lines of respective Business Unit. 
-    Collect market intelligence through research and interviews in close cooperation with commercial operations and the sales team
-    Understand market trend, customer needs, competitor landscape and other insights through regular data analysis and assessments
-    Develops sales and marketing objectives for multiple product lines of respective Business Unit
-    Create solution related strategies that will supplement the general marketing plan and support the creation of sales strategies by providing market insights and data-based analysis
Product Lifecycle Management
-    Assure proper positioning and commercialization to avoid internal competition and maximize market coverage.
-    Foster integration among multiple product lines
-    Deeply understand the product portfolio under his/her responsibility, assess market potential for newly developed products internally or outsourced.
-    Drive the new product launch by leading a cross-functional task force consisting of regulatory affairs, customer service, sales and finance functions, maintain strong connection to the related stakeholders.
-    Create and regularly update the positioning and pricing of the existing group product portfolio after a thorough market analysis.
-    Generate ideas and contents of the product related communication tools and work with the MarCom team to create items in line with the marketing and sales strategies.
-    Decide on the key communication messages for the whole solution during major events, exhibitions, and symposiums, and lead team to create the specific themes during these events and exhibitions
-    Review inventory levels and notify customer service for any volume changes related to foreseeable marketing activities and promotions.    
Training and Continuous Education
-    Guarantee the implementation of internal Train-the-Trainer programs to transfer the new product/solution knowledge to treatment professionals and other internal trainers
-    Create external training requirements based on the market strategy to create the contents of new training programs
Key Account and Key Opinion Leader Management
-    Establish a process for Key Opinion Leader management, including identification stage and development plan designing.
-    Design and implement trial programs with key experts chosen from the Key Opinion Leader pool and create speakers/supporters for new products and solutions
-    Join the sales team’s regular visits to key accounts to collect first-hand feedback from customers to align marketing strategies to market conditions and customer feedbacks
-    Evaluate all courses & programs regularly according to specific KPIs and adjusts whenever necessary.
Managing Subordinates
-    Set job appraisal objectives, balancing daily product management work and personal      development for the subordinates.
-    Manage and coach subordinates in carrying out strategical analysis of market data and product insights.
-    Monitor the daily work of subordinates, provide feedback and guidance when needed.
-    Create a development plan and establish development dialogues with subordinates, including internal and external training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 
 Education
-    Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Science or related majors
-    Master’s degree a plus
Experience
-    Over 5 years experiences in commercial or product management in medical device, pharmaceutical or related product
-    At least 3 years of team management experience is a must
-    Dental market experience is preferred
Specific Knowledge /skills
-    Good leadership and teamwork spirit
-    Strong data analytical skills and strategic thinking capability
-    Show strong initiative in work
-    Excellent written and spoken English
-    Ability to build networks and rapport within China (cross-functional and among different departments) and internationally
