Your Role

We are looking for a result-driven and creative Marketing Manager Hospitality & Residential responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of all marketing initiatives in the Hospitality and Residential segment. The main focus is to define and manage the marketing plan for the assigned segments, ensuring that Operators, as well as Technogym Subsidiaries and Distributors, receive the right support to deliver a superior user experience to guests, students, and residents thanks to Technogym products and solutions. With a true passion for the hospitality industry, the candidate we are looking for is a team player able to create a positive working environment, keep the team spirit up, and encourage colleagues to perform to the best of their ability.
    

Your Impact

Ensure the correct implementation of the global hospitality & residential marketing strategy at the local level through localization to increase effectiveness, avoiding discrepancies from brand and marketing guidelines.

Guarantee consistency in all the Global go-to-market initiatives in the H&R segment, verifying that all the assets have been used to their full potential and that the deployment time is perfectly synchronized with Technogym marketing plans.

Make sure Technogym's Brand positioning is consistent in the H&R Segment and consistent in all the assigned countries and that local marketing activities are addressed to increase brand awareness and achieve the sales target.

Support Subsidiaries teams in executing marketing activities and events (clinic, trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, activation, advertising, etc.) by planning and coordinating Technogym Headquarters internal stakeholders involved in the process so that the defined activities in H&R segments are properly executed locally.

Ensure the correct use of Salesforce to track the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and activities (ROI)

Help Subs to maintain a clean database in all the segments which is consistent with the business objective of growing penetration and the base to create structured marketing activities and campaigns.

Together with the local subsidiaries, select the most suitable Operators to create consumer activation and those to create best practices in terms of business model or top location to be amplified via different touch points.

Support local subs in identifying and creating activations at the Operator’s facility, at the Top Location or Boutique and by amplifying these activations via different touch points (press release, social media, paid adv, newsletter, etc)

Drive subs in creating local best practices in Hospitality & Residential Marketing to be shared and amplified via different touch points.

Push distributors to install Sellout materials in all b2b locations in order to increase brand awareness towards consumers, especially in those locations where they attract a consumer audience in target with Technogym Home business.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are engaging and highly motivated, with a high degree of empathy. Super passionate about the Hospitality segment.

 

8+ years’ experience in the field of Trade Marketing & Hospitality

Master’s degree, preferably in Hospitality with honors (Glion, FIU, EHL, Cornell University, that university are preferred)

Passion & experience in Fitness, Health, Sport is a plus

Marketing and market analysis skills

Strong Knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce)

Project Management and problem-solving

Marketing mindset with strong Brand perception

Presentation & Communication Skills

Strong digital marketing skills

 

Passion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, and ethics complete the desired profile.
