Marketing Manager (Hybrid)
Location: San Francisco, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $38 - 40 per hourWe are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to help shape the strategic direction of our rewards program, focusing on acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role is dedicated to acquiring new members for both our credit card and free rewards programs. You will drive the launch and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and commercial plans. Strong communication, data analysis expertise, and project management skills are essential as you execute cross-channel marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with brand teams.Responsibilities: Execute omnichannel and channel-specific loyalty and credit card marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition, in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Loyalty. Contribute to creative briefs and coordinate with brand creative teams to develop loyalty marketing assets across multiple platforms, ensuring timely execution and strategic alignment. Represent the loyalty team in cross-functional meetings, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across various channels. Analyze financial data to assess performance, track progress, and inform budget forecasting in partnership with the Business Analysis team: Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting on campaign performance by brand and channel. Create data visualizations and reports to communicate campaign insights. Collaborate with Loyalty & Payments team members to share results with stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Align with key business partners across the organization to drive collaboration, integration, and shared accountability for loyalty program initiatives. Manage budgeting processes, including purchase orders, forecasting, and cost tracking. Oversee the approval process for marketing assets, ensuring compliance with legal and banking partners. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing, email marketing, or loyalty program management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and present compelling narratives. Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Experience collaborating across various functional teams (e.g., IT, Data & Analytics, Creative, and Brand teams) to support business objectives. Strategic mindset with the ability to leverage large data sets for decision-making; proficiency in Excel is a plus. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs. Prior experience in credit card marketing, retail, or agency work is preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
