Marketing Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Framingham, MassachusettsJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourWe're seeking a strategic Marketing Manager for a contract position to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention within the U.S. loyalty program. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and an external credit card partner to deliver data-driven marketing initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.Responsibilities: Lead the roll-out of updated sign packages across five different brands, ensuring each sign package is tailored to the unique branding, component differences, and specific needs of each brand. Strategize on how best to adapt the signage to each brand's in-store experience, while keeping the goal of driving program acquisition and keeping the program top of mind for existing members. Support marketing initiatives related to new IT projects, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and seamless integration of any IT-driven initiatives that impact the loyalty program or marketing activities. Work closely with key stakeholders across brands, including marketing, creative, operations, IT and others to ensure alignment and progress on ongoing projects. Lead and support the coordination of marketing projects from inception through execution, ensuring that timelines are met, and deliverables are on target. Provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the process. Keep the manager updated on day-to-day activities and provide clear, concise updates on project status. Maintain transparency while having the ability to independently manage tasks and keep projects moving forward. Present a strong attention to detail ensuring all materials and assets are reviewed and meet brand standards and expectations. Handle multiple projects at once while maintaining accuracy and quality. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role. Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across brands and departments. Experience working with creative agencies and providing feedback on creative work. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, results driven and Self-directed with the ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and keep things moving forward. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks. Familiarity with marketing materials, signage, and branding elements. Knowledge of retail industry is a plus but not required.
