Job Description 

The position will support the creation of marketing materials and strategies to support strategic partners for CT. This includes working with partner marketing contacts as well as internal and external creative resources to develop and create marketing materials for onboarded partners to promote CT’s small business offerings. Material may include website landing pages, website language, product and program one sheets (overviews), email and newsletter copy, tradeshow marketing materials and other materials partners may request to promote our offerings to their members or customers. This role has no direct reports. 

 

Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in our office to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Marketing Associate Director and work under the leadership of the Senior Marketing Director. This role is a part of C T Corporation System (DE). | BU - FCC CT   

  

Required Job Qualifications (minimum):  

Travel: Ability to travel for meetings and events approximately 5% of the time  

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university  

8 – 10 years experience in partner or B2C or B2B marketing 

Experience with partner and sales enablement 

Experience using Salesforce 

Strong project management and communication skills  

Experience using Eloqua (or other marketing automation tool) 

Experience using MS Teams 

Experience using Kapost (or other marketing operations automation tool) 

 

Preferred Job Qualifications:  

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 

Familiarity with Partner Portals and Enterprise Partner Programs 

Experience with Salesforce Partner Community 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  Aligns with Partner teams to build right-sized marketing campaigns to drive net new pipeline, cart sales and share of wallet expansion 

Leads and orchestrates marketing activities (events, webinars, etc) working with internal shared services teams and agencies 

Own plan and process to measure success outcomes and return on marketing investment 

Working with creative resources to create marketing strategy and materials for partners we sell to, sell through and sell with 

Coordination with segment and product marketing to leverage marketing materials and campaigns used for direct-to-customer outreach 

Deliverables: 

Partner marketing portfolio plan aligned to Indirect GTM strategy 

Marketing campaign and tactic calendar 

Lead to revenue process management (indirect routes to market) 

Marketing performance management reports and insights
