Marketing Manager Iberia (medtech/cardio)
**Overview** As a leader within the marketing department, the **Marketing Manager of Iberia** will play a key role in defining strategies that drive demand, build pipeline, and improve the overall Cardiovascular customer experience with professional education, technical & clinical product training. The core product marketing function is responsible for crafting and executing go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio, as well as developing personas, market insights, positioning, messaging, and content. Actively presence on the field and participating in meetings and presentations with customers. In addition, this role will be a key piece contributing to the strategic plan for the development of selected therapies in Iberia. **Responsibilities** + Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our medical device products portfolio. + Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. + Collaborate with product management, sales, to develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. + Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales tools, and digital content, to support sales efforts and educate customers about our products. + Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and digital marketing campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. + Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and conferences to showcase our products, engage with customers, and generate leads. + Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives. + Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations, and strategic partners to enhance brand reputation and drive thought leadership in the medical device industry. + Stay informed about industry regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements related to medical device marketing, and ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards. + Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. **Qualifications** **Education & Qualifications** Must-Haves + Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, BA, Biomedical engineering, or other relevant degrees. + Proven experience in the medical device industry, preferably in the cardiovascular industry. + Highly skilled with Microsoft Office and other systems applications in data processing. + Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels. + Fluent Spanish and proficient verbal and written English. Nice to Haves + Knowledge of marketing and medical or therapy background. + Post graduate Marketing Qualification. + Awareness of hospital competitive marketplace. + Familiar with business policies in a multinational environment. **Skills and competencies** + Highly motivated, “can do” attitude with strong influence management skills. + Strong team player. Be able to engage with people and achieve goals on time. + Willingness/ability to indirectly lead multifunctional teams and to look after several projects at the same time, with systematic setting of priorities and organisation of resources. + Proven ability to effectively communicate (written or verbal) at all levels in an organisation and with diverse groups. + Experience in handling uncertainty and complexity. Talent for problem-solving through analytical ability to draw evidence-based conclusions about the impact of market dynamics, customers, and competitors on programs. + Proven track record of good judgment. Demonstrated integrity and respect of peers and subordinates. + Willingness to travel throughout Spain & Portugal as required. Infrequent travel outside Iberia is required.
