Duties: * Translate journey insights into targeted cross-sell opportunities that would be delivered in partnership w/ Product, Commercialization, GTM and other key partners * Define technical requirements for personalization initiatives & experiments to guide users through a value ladder, increasing their engagement and utilization of relevant ecosystem features * Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Commercialization, Go-To-Market, Analytics, and Product teams to build and scale these growth levers
