The Integrated Acquisition team is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the 4P integrated acquisition marketing plan, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure TELUS achieves loading targets during key sales periods.
Our highly-engaged team is responsible for profitable growth of the business through short-term and long-term 4P marketing activity and strategies. We lead the integrated marketing plan, focused on Mobility interlocked across Marketing and Channels. We are the owners of the strategic planning, integration, and orchestration of mass sales events like Back to School, Black Friday, and Boxing Week, and are responsible for customer-facing messaging prioritization.
This role will put you at the center of the Consumer Mobility business, giving you exposure to a wide array of cross-functional teams and executives across the business. Your resilience, agility and ability to thrive in an ever-changing dynamic environment will make you a perfect fit on our team.
What you’ll be responsible for in your new role:
Leading the development of the 4P marketing plan during mass sales events to ensure TELUS achieves loading targets Partnering with cross-functional teams to bring your ideas to life across various TELUS sales channels, and turn campaign plans into flawless execution Messaging strategy (placement and prioritization) across paid media, TELUS and Koodo web, and leaseline, focusing on driving conversion and increasing volume and value Strong understanding of telco pricing landscape, in order to facilitate effective planning discussions Manage a broad cross-functional team to turn campaign plans into flawless execution Putting customer and channel experience at the heart of everything you do to ensure best-in-class customer purchase experiences across all channels Conducting post-mortem analyses and apply learnings to the go-to-market playbook to continuously improve campaign execution
Qualifications
What you bring to the team:
2-4+ years of marketing or Channel experience Solid understanding of pricing strategies, and key metrics that drive TELUS business decisions Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple initiatives, while executing with excellent attention to detail Strong relationship building and influencing skills, with a proven ability to work within a team environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to confidently build and present succinct presentations to various audiences Analytical ability; comfortable diving into multiple data sources to uncover the story and make decisions to improve business outcomes Self-starter mindset and someone who is naturally curious, with the ability and determination to recognize and overcome obstacles Ability to work Eastern hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST)
