**What you´ll do**
+ Execute Joico trade and channel marketing campaigns in the US to launch new products and grow/maintain existing product business.
+ Design and deliver full promotional strategy, managing existing core business, and execute new product launch commercialization campaigns.
+ Take full ownership of go-to-market projects from ideation to execution, including budgeting, competitive research, and post-launch analysis.
+ Partner with sales management to plan and execute programs, creating and implementing annual promotional plans, POG design, sampling initiatives and conversion strategies.
+ Analyze sales results continuously to ensure that resources are focused on achieving company objectives.
+ Use historical data to drive growth by developing and recommending strategies that maximize promotional effectiveness.
+ Serve as the point of contact for communication of promotional planning and execution.
+ Work closely with New Product Development and US Sales teams to develop marketing plans and support tools that meet the needs of the US market.
+ Write creative briefs for assigned GTM projects and manage outcome of deliverables for US marketing brand projects to ensure consistent brand image and messaging is showcased across all touch points and within distributor stores.
**What makes you a good fit**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or similar required, MBA preferred
+ Haircare and hair color category management experience preferred
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG/CPG, professional beauty industry experience preferred
+ SAP experience preferred
+ Detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
+ Capacity for multi-tasking with ability to switch tasks and reprioritize
+ Ability to work with tight deadlines
+ Entrepreneurially minded
+ Works well cross-functionally with other departments
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
