Marketing Manager (Kazakhstan)

Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.

This is a full-time Marketing Manager position, based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

This role is responsible for designing and implementing an effective marketing strategy in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Responsibilities include:

Designing a holistic marketing strategy for paid digital ads (META, Google), organic traffic and lead nurturing journey. Creating local ad campaigns and driving quality leads into consultations with the local sales team. Tailoring online content, texts, landing pages, visuals for local campaigns. Supervising a local social media expert to boost organic growth in Facebook and Instagram Supervising and coaching performance of Sales Development Representatives as part of the lead nurturing journey Partnering with the local marketer in charge of FB and Google targeting Analysing channel performance and CPL, monitoring lead conversion to consultations across all channels (Events, PR, FB/Inst, Content, Emails, SEO & more) with weekly/monthly progress reporting, customer behaviour and user experience.

What skills and experience are required?

Advanced understanding of how paid digital advertising works on Google, Facebook and other social media platforms. Understanding of Marketo or other marketing integration software Fluency in Russian and advanced English. Knowledge of the higher education industry overall and understanding of the US/UK undergraduate application process is desired People management skills, including setting KPI and performance reviews
