Marketing Manager Laboratory solutions
Job profile includes and not limited to the following requirementsa)  Responsible for supporting the product life cycle of IVD Products in Laboratory Solutions vertical. Collaborate with the APJ & Global Marketing/Product Management team to support all aspects of the product life cycle including roadmap development, and identification and implementation of key growth initiatives.b) Will work cross functionally with Commercial, Operations, Sales & Service functions to develop and implement strategies for sustained profitable growth.c) Responsible for Education/training, competitive market research, developing business cases for new products and services, commercially launching new products and services through collaboration with multifunctional teams across the India organization and the Global teamd) Track and report product level performance including sales, price, and competitive benchmarking.e) Responsible for developing Product dossiers, Collaterals as required for specific productline.f) Works with Sales and Application team in Product promotional activities, customer visits, Educational programs at customer sites.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and or abilities required4+ years of technical sales, product management/marketing in IVD segmentBachelor’s / Master's degree in Science (preferably in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life sciences). A Management degree in Marketing will be added advantageProfessional experience in product development, sales, and/or marketing functions a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills; especially when presenting to customers and other key stakeholdersStrong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail with Multitasking ability is a critical required skillTechnical aptitude to learn and become subject matter expert on company products and applicationsWorks effectively in a team environment; both with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to travel – up to 50%
