Role and Responsibilities:

Develop an annual marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities) for and with Countries/Regions commercial organizationsWork in close cooperation and influence Countries/Regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment to achieve business objectivesEnsure alignment with global commercial and marketing objectives and programsWork with the global marketing group to develop the products and materials that support our strategiesLink and implement programs together with the Medical Affairs group to create preferential market growth & share attainmentMarketing Communication and Congresses strategies and operationsProvide guidelines for financial planning and forecasting as well as strategic planning exercisesMonitoring and implement intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategiesEnsure compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure

Your Profile:

Master’s degree in marketing or other related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.Medical devices, pharmaceutical industry experience preferredPeople management experienceLarge Multinational companies experienceMature product / business life-cycle management would be advantageousBrand ManagementMarketing communication and congress managementPricingWorking with CRMAnalytical, Creative and operational high-level marketing skillsStrong Communication & influencing skillsDesire to understand and use the sales channel by fully exploring local market conditionsOther sales channel experience e.g. digital, preferredFluency in EnglishLeading and influencing through strong marketing plans & strategy, ensuring credibility with the EMEA sales channelAbility to interface with key customers and opinion leaders - all stakeholdersCoaches, motivates, and develops team members. Utilizes all the strengths on team to exceed goals
