We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel marketing efforts in Mexico. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking to develop, execute, and optimize a variety of marketing campaigns—including paid digital, ATL, organic social, and experimental A/B testing of new channels and creatives. You will work closely with agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. A deep understanding of the local Mexican market, consumer behavior, and media landscape is essential to crafting effective strategies that resonate with our audience.

* Build and execute brand and performance marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results across multiple channels.
* Test and scale new marketing channels—both online and offline—to reach the right audiences in fresh and effective ways.
* Set up and refine campaign experiments, using A/B testing and data analysis to continuously optimise performance.
* Work closely with internal creative and marketing teams to collaborate on creative production.
* Manage relationships with agencies and advertising platforms to explore new opportunities, negotiate placements, and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Define key metrics and processes to standardise how campaigns are tracked, measured, and optimised.
* Monitor and adapt to local consumer behavior to refine strategies based on consumer behavior, industry shifts, and emerging trends.
