Your role:

The Marketing Manager - Nordics will play a critical role in developing and executing Global Relay’s marketing strategy in Sweden and across the Nordic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, creating engaging content, and driving market entry initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a native Swedish speaker, fluent in English, with a strong background in marketing, particularly in B2B, technology, and/or the financial services sector. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a willing to roll up their sleeves: the Stockholm office is a new venture for Global Relay and you will be instrumental in helping build its success

 

Your responsibilities:

Working closely with the global Marketing team, develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to establish Global Relay’s brand and product offering in the Nordics Plan and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement Conduct market research to identify target market, sentiment, competitors, and opportunities in the region Assist in the ideation and management of internal events based out of our newly-opened Stockholm office Create compelling and localized marketing content, including blogs, case studies, and campaigns (in both Swedish and English) Understand Global Relay’s strategic and brand objectives and create a marketing plan to meet them Ensure all content aligns with Global Relay’s brand and resonates with the target audience Work collaboratively with the Nordics-based sales team to assist in the creation of execution of sales initiatives, where necessary Assist in the ideation and management of internal events based out of our newly-opened Stockholm office

 

About you:

Demonstrable experience of building or to contributing to successful marketing campaigns An understanding of marketing strategy and the various mediums that inform such a strategy (digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, etc) A good knowledge of Swedish/Nordic B2B practices, ideally in FinServ or new technologies as well as experience in developing brands to meet Nordic sentiment The ability to work collaboratively with a global team (on Zoom, IM, etc) to see a project through from inception to fruition Excellent people skills and the experience to manage the expectations of key stakeholders of varying levels of seniority A willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to with projects, particularly the running and management of events while the team grows A clear aptitude for organization and project management skills to assist with the running of marketing initiatives – from campaigns to events Experience in writing or creating content in various mediums, from emails to blogs

 

Other useful experience includes:

Experience in using CMS systems (WordPress), Demandbase, and content reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
