My client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Head specializing in User Retention & Acquisition to lead and drive their digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing data for actionable insights, and scaling business growth.

You should have a proven track record of leveraging digital channels, CRM tools, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious acquisition and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition Strategically plan, execute, and lead all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless integration of multi-channel strategies. Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic platforms, and affiliate marketing programs. Manage budget allocations for acquisition campaigns.
Growth Strategy & Insights Design and implement data-driven growth strategies, incorporating market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies.
Brand Management Enhance and refine the brand identity and positioning to build a stronger connection with the target audience. Data Analysis & Insights Segment customers based on transactional and behavioral data to create effective outreach programs and personalized campaigns.
Retention & CRM Build and optimize customer retention strategies, ensuring long-term user engagement and loyalty. Design, execute, and improve CRM-driven marketing journeys using tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar marketing automation platforms.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization Define KPIs for acquisition and retention campaigns and consistently measure performance against these benchmarks. Regularly test and refine marketing campaigns through A/B testing, creative experimentation, and new channel exploration.
Skills Required 5+ years of experience in the online gambling industry. Experience in the Asian Market (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan) Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on acquisition and retention strategies. In-depth knowledge of marketing tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience in building and scaling CRM workflows to drive customer engagement and retention. Strong project management skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
