Develop marketing strategic plan based on the analysis and research of market data, HCP insight generation and patient understandingMarketing & Product Management
Regular academic visit to TAEs. Enhance the recognition and reputation of the Roche products and support strategy developmentWork closely with CPS, SFE and Commercial Leaders to provide insight and strategy optimization proposalLead PD/Medical/CPS team to integrate internal resources to maximize resources of pipeline products and accelerate pipeline launchConduct quarterly sensing market research to understand market, competitors, brand adoption progressOrganize and attend regular global call to share China strategy, performance and highlightsTeam Management
Recruiting, managing and coaching subordinates to achieve team’s goalFinancial Management
Develop, maintain and report on Sales performance, mkt performance.
Qualification and Experience
