ASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Lead the marketing function and team within our Thailand and Indochina ClusterEnsure the full go-to-market process is developed and implemented at the cluster levelDrive organizational design and development within the area, with a strong focus on strategic talent development, skills planning, and actively leveraging diversityManage and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and a P&L-driven approach, rolling up to cluster and regional levels  Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring structured planning against the marketing/business agendaAbility to plan, prioritize, delegate the workload across her/his team. Act as a key business partner for the cluster commercial leader and be an active member of the cluster leadership team

 

PROFILE 

 

Master’s degree (preferably in a relevant discipline such as engineering, business, economics, or marketing) Minimum 5 years marketing function/team leadership experience at country/cluster level B2B experience, ideally combination of B2B and B2B2C/B2C Experience working in a multinational company is a plusIdeally experience with managing large product portfolio complexity Strong collaborator and comfortable with interaction across multiple organizational levels Fluency in English at a high levelProven track record of leading/driving large programs successfully
