Marketing Manager-Vision Fitness

Under the direction of the General Manager and in collaboration with the Senior Global Marketing Manager, the Marketing Manager will successfully develop and implement marketing programs to support our Vision Commercial fitness brand across the United States, primarily through our network of dealers and partners. This role will focus on driving growth within our existing dealer network while also working to expand the dealer base. The majority of campaigns and marketing execution will involve close collaboration with JCF and independent dealers, focusing on targeted geographic areas. 


The successful candidate will be creative, with a strong background in project management and proven leadership, working with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives tailored to these specific markets.


Responsibilities:


Leadership, Management and Planning:


Strategic Planning

· Work with Senior Global Marketing Manager and the GM to establish a detailed strategic and tactical marketing plan that supports and drives the company’s sales goals across the Vision Commercial channel

· Analyze market, customer, and competitor trends in commercial sales verticals to determine how to best reach potential customers.

· Develop a master marketing calendar that is relevant to customer leads and elevates the Vision Commercial brand.


Budgeting: 

· Develop a clear understanding of the financial goals for Vision Commercial Fitness.

· Develop and manage the annual marketing budget for the Vision commercial segment that supports the needs of our US distribution channels


Dealer Support: 

· Work closely with dealers to understand their marketing strategies and identify opportunities for collaboration, including event marketing, co-branded marketing pieces, and showcase photography and video projects. 

· Develop and manage a dealer co-op program and create a monthly dealer newsletter.


Communications: 

· Present regularly to customers and internal stakeholders

· Create presentations for sales team


Tradeshow Coordination: 

· Develop commercial event calendar. Make sure Vision Commercial Fitness is represented

· appropriately at events and trade shows.

· Lead the planning, coordination, and staffing of tradeshows across the United States, ensuring alignment with dealer needs and overall marketing strategy. 

· Manage trade show booth property and equipment inventory

· Securing space, arranging accommodations and personnel registration

· Ordering services, layout creation, ordering equipment, shipping equipment and support materials

· Anticipate more than 2-6 travel events per year to support dealer activities and attend tradeshows.


Brand, Channel and Product Support:


Brand implementation: 

· Maintain, communicate and enforce brand guides/standards for the Vision Brand


Channel development: 

· Support the company’s strategic priorities by executing promotional campaigns and using tools to reach identified sub-segments of the Vision Commercial market 


Promotional: 

· Plan and execute all promotional elements to support the brand, marketing, and product launch plans, including:

        o PR/Social: create and execute plans to support JHT’s Vision Commercial brand at a regional level, working with agency when appropriate

        o Print: Manage printing and distribution of collateral to drive sales of Vision Commercial product lines, including brochures, point-of-  purchase materials, sell sheets, banners, etc.

        o Social: responsible for developing and executing a social media plan for the Vision Commercial US social media platforms


Industry Organization Involvement: 

· Identify and engage with key industry organizations to enhance marketing strategies, including attending events, developing thought leadership and speaking opportunities, and exploring sponsorship opportunities that align with brand goals.


Miscellaneous: 

·All other projects as assigned

Requirements


Education:

· Minimum of four-year degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing or other related field related. Advanced degree preferred.


Experience:

· A minimum of (5) years of multi-channel marketing experience.

· Proven leadership and management abilities, with experience leading cross functional teams to achieve desired work product

· Demonstrated experience in analyzing the market; developing and executing marketing strategies; and achieving results

· Desire to exceed our customers’ expectations


Other Requirements:

· Domestic travel required (2-6 times per year).

· Excellent organizational and computer skills required
