MARKETING OFFICER

Foodshop and Corporate Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet corporate/ foodshop marketing objective through effective planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of plans and strategies.

Job Duties

Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff in order to accomplish given objectives.  Execute the launch of new products.Present/ co-presents the marketing campaigns to store operations and other concerned departments.Maintains records and calendar of billboard sites and other trade area merchandising avenues to be utilized by bakeshop and foodshop.Implement new merchandising concepts to improve communication materials at store level.Implements programs and monitors relevant socially responsible partnerships with other organizations.Evaluation of marketing campaigns and programs.Works with the company's external creative and media agencies.Prepares sales trends, post evaluation reports of assigned projects.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Preferably with working experience in brand management, marketing or sales of at least one (1) year.Store sales experience of at least (6) months is an advantage.Required Skill (s): Excellent/Outstanding Communication Skills, Leadership Skills.
