What You’ll Do:
Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that amplify the Gingersnaps brand, drive sales, and increase customer engagement Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research to identify consumer trends, demographics, and competitors, and use this insight to shape effective campaigns. Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate with our creative team to develop visually stunning and child-friendly campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, while ensuring our brand voice is consistent and impactful. Digital Marketing Excellence: Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and online advertising to increase brand exposure and drive traffic. Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, assess ROI, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing efforts. Event Marketing & Community Engagement: Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and pop-up shops to connect with customers, build relationships, and showcase the Gingersnaps brand in person. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product development, sales, design, etc.) to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives. Stay Trend-Savvy: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in children's apparel, marketing technologies, and industry best practices to propose innovative ideas and strategies. Partner with External Creatives: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and collaborations.
