The Work You'll Do:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team at Sovos, a leader in global tax compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns within Marketo, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and seamless integration with Salesforce. The Marketing Operations Analyst plays a crucial role within the marketing ops team, focusing on campaign execution and optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of Marketo to effectively collaborate with both marketing and field marketing teams.
More specifically you will:
Collaborate with marketing and field marketing teams to build, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in Marketo. Ensure campaigns are launched on time, targeted effectively, and aligned with business objectives. Utilize advanced Marketo skills to set up, test, and optimize campaign workflows, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated processes. Ensure accurate data capture and tracking to support campaign performance analysis. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. Partner with various stakeholders, including marketing, field marketing, and sales teams, to understand campaign requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure successful campaign execution.· Work closely with Salesforce to ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and sales processes. Manage data flows between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring accurate lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign operations, with a strong focus on Marketo and Salesforce. Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, automation, and email template development. Understanding of Salesforce, particularly in managing data flows, lead scoring, and reporting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in campaign execution. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines. At Sovos, we are committed to offering competitive pay and benefits that reflect both industry and market standards. We expect that this role will pay a base salary that ranges between $50,000 and $70,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
