Our marketing team is a high-performance organization that is critical to driving our evolving growth strategy. The Marketing Operations and Finance Coordinator will work across marketing teams and is responsible for ensuring seamless transactions between NI and our network of partners related to marketing finances, shipping of marketing items, and partner sponsorships for our annual global event. This role will be instrumental in improving our partner relationships and enabling productivity of the marketing team.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Understand and align with the annual marketing strategy and associated financial plan. Ensure that the marketing budget is accurately tracked and maintained throughout the year. Serve as point of contact with finance to create blanket purchase orders for distributors and partners. Serve as a liaison with Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure invoices are received and processed on-time Manage payment issues by coordinating with internal finance teams and external partners. Assist with shipping marketing demos and giveaways for partner-hosted events throughout the year. Coordinate with AP to create invoices for partner sponsorships and booth spaces for our annual, global NI Connect event. Support continuous process improvements and assist with other projects as bandwidth allows. Who You Are: You identifiy and create the processes necessary to get work done and display a can-do attitude in good and bad times. You understand the meaning and implications of key financial indicators. You provide timely and helpful information to others across the organization and persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.For This Role, You Will Need: Strong English communication skills and professionalism. Proficient in Excel; experience with Allocadia/Oracle or other financial and marketing CRM systems is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Finance or Business. 1-5 years of experience in Marketing, Operations or Finance.
