We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist to optimize our client's marketing and accounting systems during a critical expansion phase. This role is essential for implementing automation solutions using AI tools and Odoo CRM to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support the new store opening. As the business grows, our client needs a systems thinker who can develop and improve SOPs while helping scale marketing efforts through technology.

Measure of Success\n\nImplementation of functional automation systems within 30 days\nDocumented improvement in operational efficiency through enhanced SOPs\nSuccessful configuration of Odoo CRM to support marketing needs\nPositive team feedback on operational improvements\nReadiness for team expansion with proper systems in place\n
