Marketing Operations Digital Specialist II (North America) - Converse
**WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** Serve as an integral team member of the NA Digital Marketing function and overall Brand Marketing org to support and optimize our accelerated digital offense. To drive North America’s business results and consumer offense, you will work cross-functionally with key partners across Digital Marketing, Operations & Planning, Brand Management, Merch, and Brand Creative. This role will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus across the enterprise. In this role you, you will report into the Director, Digital Marketing, and will collaborate across the Digital Brand Marketing team. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a strategic, motivated, positive team member to join the Converse North America Digital Brand Marketing team as our Digital Marketing Operations Specialist. This individual will help manage and support the team’s seasonal go-to-market process. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build their digital acumen and learn the foundations of Digital Brand Marketing. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training - Proven experience managing outside vendors and agencies. - Experience working in a heavily matrixed environment is preferred - Project Management experience is a must. - Marketing Operations background is highly preferred - Be educated in culture and trends in digital marketing is highly preferred **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** The Marketing Operations Specialist works as part of the consumer-focused digital marketing offense at Converse and will support seasonal go-to-market execution of plans and drive operational excellence across the Digital Brand Marketing team. As part of a Digitally-biased team that amplifies the brand via story-telling, product launches, and elevated digital experiences, your role will be essential in ensuring we show up with the right product and creative, on time, and on budget to our NOW, NEXT, and FUTURE consumers. You will have an opportunity to work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to support the team through key check points, keeping the team tied to key dates and deliverables. You’ll work closely with Digital Marketing Managers, Creative Ops, and Brand Creative on the Advertising and Creative process, ensuring a smooth execution into the marketplace. And finally, you’ll partner with Finance, Marketing and other Planning and Ops partners on driving budget accuracy and financial excellence for the team. - Creates and seamlessly updates the day-to-day project schedule to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Iterates and reassesses throughout the Go-To-Market process to keep team moving forward and deliverables on track. - Manages internal/external briefing process, facilitating timely and correct delivery of all assets, assisting the Digital Brand Marketing team as needed on creative briefing, consolidating feedback, QAing, and publishing/trafficking of final assets. - Act as the project communications hub, and facilitate connection to identify solutions and gain alignment across the wider NA Brand Marketing team. - Foster a strong partnership with internal marketing functions, to frequently collaborate on the NA Gameplan process, scopes, and unlock x-functional efficiency. - Assist Digital Brand Marketing team with seasonal product orders needed to fulfill content and marketing program needs. - Assist social media manager with community management across NA Brand Channels, including: monitoring comments, flagging negative mentions as needed and engaging with content. - Be a liaison between cross-functional teams to flag content that should go live on NA Social Channels. - Drive operational and process excellence across the Digital Brand Marketing team. - Manage Digital Brand Marketing’s payment process from new vendor set up, processing po requests, reconciling invoices in prep for quarter close and trouble shooting with both internal/external parties. - Work alongside the Senior Director and Director of Digital Marketing to build and forecast digital marketing budgets across the teams on a monthly cadence, working closely with Finance partners.
