We're the team behind all the communication you see in the Grab app. Our focus is on crafting, implementing, and analyzing in-app communications to boost user engagement, retention, and satisfaction. We need someone who can think creatively, understand user behavior, and deliver impactful messaging strategies.
Get to Know the Role
As a Marketing Operations Executive, you'll be optimizing our in-app communications to ensure they're engaging and effective. You'll have a solid grasp of communication strategy, turning performance analysis into reports and best practices. Your role involves using available in-app tools to communicate with consumers effectively. You'll be responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and developing in-app campaign plans.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing Operations and will work from our Ortigas office, leading a team under your guidance.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute in-app communication strategies (push notifications, banners) aligned with marketing goals. Use data-driven segmentation to personalize messaging and enhance conversions.Execution & Coordination: Oversee daily campaign execution, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams. Ensure platform functionality and leverage Gen AI tools for process optimization.Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track key metrics (open rates, conversions), generate insights, and apply A/B testing to refine messaging for better engagement.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
Ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans within an app environment.Proficiency in using data to segment audiences and evaluate communication effectiveness is key.Skills in managing and coordinating across various marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.Ability to craft engaging and effective messages tailored to specific user groups.Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve messaging strategies.Capability to utilize and implement emerging technologies, such as Gen AI, into project flows for enhanced efficiency.This role welcomes fresh graduates who are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Experience with marketing automation platforms, UX/UI principles, and customer segmentation is a plus but not required.
