Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Intern at CyberArk, you will gain exposure to a B2B enterprise marketing Martech stack, and get hands-on experience defining business processes, evaluating software, and driving design & development phases of a technology project. Get hands-on experience working with marketing data, helping teams drive personalized and targeted marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Projects Translate Marketing business requirements into actionable plans, documenting them in detailSupport the documentation of business processes using tools like LucidchartIdentify opportunities to standardize, simplify & automate processes and system configurationsHelp to project manage Marketing’s active technology projects being driven in partnership with IT (with a focus on adoption of GenAI solutions)Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on-timeMarketing Data Assist in the maintenance and enrichment of our marketing databaseHelp to normalize & standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency of usageCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is being leveraged effectively

QualificationsA successful Marketing intern will be enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program or relevant certificate programMust be a curious and enthusiastic problem-solverMust be willing to collaborate and practice independent work, as well as learn and practice new industry-specific marketing & operations skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSmart, bold and humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk colleagues
