YOUR ROLE Coordinate and communicate with business partners and internal/external vendors across the assigned region for editing, digital enhancements, testing, and implementation
Review requirements brief and conduct feasibility checks to analyze implementation possibilities and limitations
Monitor service delivery by updating business partners, ensuring timely updates, creating tickets in Azure DevOps, and tracking progress
Conduct quality assurance by checking requests for bugs, reporting issues, and facilitating fixes
Manage technical tasks such as configuring requirements in internal Content Management System (CMS) tools and documenting processes
Supervise, guide, motivate, and develop team members to ensure skillset alignment with demands
Provide performance feedback and identify opportunities for team improvement through upskilling initiatives YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Ecommerce, Project Management, or related courses
Minimum of five (5) years related working experience in project management, process management or digital marketing; Experience with global brand and ecommerce is highly preferred
Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum is an advantage
Strong organizational, project management, time management, and stakeholder management skills; Must have Initiative, and inner drive to bring things forward
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Project and team lead experience is required
Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication
Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
