Your role

You’ll be joining Dialpad’s global marketing operations team. This is a role where you’ll have the opportunity to support teams across the business and enable best practices and world-class processes. We’re looking for someone who can get things done and be in the weeds, but also take a step back and identify opportunities for us to take advantage of. You’ll also lead a team of marketing operations specialists to help load balance growing requests. You are adaptable and have used and may have administered a MAP, marketing automation platform, in prior experiences.

This position reports to our Director, Marketing Operations under the Demand Generation team.

What you'll do

Oversee and manage the configuration, maintenance, and hands-on creation of campaigns in Marketo, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.  Optimize marketing operations processes to drive efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns.  Work cross-functionally and leverage expertise in tools like Marketo and Salesforce to manage campaigns, streamline processes, and contribute to Dialpad's growth trajectory. Help build reports to track campaign metrics where appropriate.

Skills you'll bring

4+ years experience with Marketo (preferred), Hubspot, or similar MAP. 1+ year(s) experience leading a team. Experience using and optimizing marketing and marketing-adjacent technologies (think event management systems, content management system, Salesforce/CRMs, asset management, LeanData, RingLead, Zapier, etc.). Proficiency in campaign operations, including email marketing, automated workflows, lead management, and post campaign nurturing. Proficiency in lead scoring and database segmentation to support nuanced marketing tactics. Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and attribution modeling.
