We are hiring! We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our department. You will act as the day-to-day owner of our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), helping define the end-to-end campaign management workflow, while working directly with our offshore Ops teams to ensure campaigns are developed and deployed on time. This role requires marketing operations and technology expertise, used to build and execute operational workflows within the MarTech stack, driving favorable results.
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. He/She will partner with Segment and Regional Marketers to effectively plan and execute their campaigns, and play a large role in bridging the gap between Marketing and Lead Gen, working to resolve technical and process-related issues.
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Responsibilities:
MAP Administration: Serve as the administrator for our MAP, Salesforce Account Engagement (fka Pardot):Manage users & role profilessLead implementation and maintenance of third-party platform integrationsMaintain data cleanliness within MAP, ensuring team members maintain organized folder structure and tagging guidelines.Monitor system performance, and troubleshooting any integration or lead flow errors within the MAPMarketing Technology Architecture: Regularly evaluate our MarTech stack to ensure we’re using the right tools and getting the most of them; make suggestions for future additions and/or improvements.Email Management: Build and edit emails and templates; suggest and advise on A/B testing or enhancements for appropriate emails; architect nurture programs and continually evaluate for improvements.Campaign Management: Create and edit email and event campaigns, ensuring campaigns are set up in the correct hierarchy, and data and lead flow is correctly routed and captured prior to activation; analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for campaign enhancement.Offshore Leadership: Work with our offshore ops team to ensure campaign workflow processes are understood and followed, SLAs are met, and campaigns and emails are QA’d and deployed on time.Data Standardization: Collaborate with our Segmentation manager to develop automated solutions for data standardization and enrichment.Technical and Process Documentation: Author documents and presentations articulating established processes and effectively communicate them with respective stakeholders.Privacy & Compliance Stewardship: With guidance from legal, and assistance from cross-functional partners, implement processes and programs, accounting for GDPR, CCPA, CASL etc., to ensure compliance in our data collection and marketing communications.Relationship Lead: Field ad hoc requests and/or questions from Marketers and cross-functional partners regarding the campaign workflow.Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices to make thoughtful recommendations to improve our processes and/or department.
Qualifications:
Salary range $95,000- $ 100,000. Bonus Eligible.
