You will collaborate with a world-class team to successfully implement marketing tactics and achieve ambitious goals. **What You’ll Do** + Partner with a cross-functional marketing team to deliver marketing tactics timely and consistently + Understand the scope and requirements of all tactics to ensure seamless production + Lead production meetings to track progress and offer support + Assign resources to ensure balanced workloads and effective outcomes + Identify and streamline process inefficiencies + Provide comprehensive recap notes and next steps from meetings + Communicate status of tasks daily, ensuring 100% clarity + Manage work in a project management tool (Workfront) **Education** + Bachelor’s degree highly preferred **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + 3+ years in a marketing traffic or project management role + Strong communication skills + Ability to prioritize activities appropriately + Experience with project management tools (preferably Workfront) + Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment + Solid grasp of standard methodologies in digital marketing **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
